We strive to be the friendliest store in town, treating our customers with the same courtesy and care we would a guest in our own home. As Team Members, we are all New Frontiers’ ambassadors of goodwill. It is our privilege to create a nurturing and memorable experience for each person who enters our doors. We can make shopping at New Frontiers the highlight of a person’s day by a simple act like remembering their name and using it, or just listening to the story they have to tell. Many of our customers have special health needs and are vulnerable in some way. Our goal is to offer them a supportive and nurturing environment.
Often, our customers have an enthusiasm for the choices they find in our stores, which approaches “missionary zeal.” We want to match their enthusiasm and enable them to leave our store feeling better than when they arrived.
