Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbl. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 6 chicken kabobs
Whisk lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl; slowly whisk in oil. Pour marinade over skewers and refrigerate for two hours. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Grill chicken kabobs until meat is cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Serves 6.
