- 10 country style pork ribs (about 2-2.5 lbs.)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (12-18 ounces) bottle barbeque sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow baking pan; sprinkle with salt. Spread the garlic on the ribs. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil, and bake for 2 hours. Drain off any grease and liquid. Pour BBQ sauce evenly over the ribs. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 30 minutes. Enjoy. Serves 5-6.
