Turkey Meatloaf recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup, for top of loaf

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Place mixture into prepared loaf pan, smooth the top into a domed shape. Bake for one hour. Allow to cool in the pan about 10 to 15 minutes before removal. Serves 6.
